Returns and refunds

You may return or exchange a product within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided it keeps its original appearance and packaging and you have the receipt or invoice (a digital receipt is fine — every purchase is registered automatically).

How. Bring the item to any Gadget store, or contact us on WhatsApp and we will arrange collection.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you paid with, no later than 14 days after we receive the item.

Exceptions. Products damaged through misuse, with liquid damage, or opened hygiene items (in-ear headphones where sealed) cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights under Georgian consumer law.
