These terms govern the use of gadget.ge, the retail online store operated by LLC Lizi (Tax ID 402009223), registered at Mirtskhulava 3a, apt. 85, Tbilisi 0114, Georgia. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Orders and prices. Prices are shown in GEL and include applicable taxes. An order becomes binding once we confirm it by SMS or phone. If a price was published with an obvious technical error we will contact you to agree or cancel the order, and any amount paid is refunded in full.

2. Payment. See payment methods. Card payments and instalment applications are handled on the banks' own secure pages.

3. Delivery. See delivery. Free above 300 GEL; pickup from any store is free.

7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of Georgia; disputes are resolved by the courts of Georgia.
