Warranty
Every product sold by Gadget carries an official warranty. Your warranty card is digital — the purchase is registered automatically, so there is no paper to keep. To claim, bring the product to any store with your ID or phone number.
Warranty periods by category:
- Apple products, DJI, Insta360, Marshall, Polaroid, premium consoles — 12 months
- Electric scooters — 6 months
- Smart watches, kids watches, tablets, projectors, game consoles, robots, photo/video equipment — 3 months
- Phones, wireless earbuds, drones, personal-care devices — 1 month
- Audio systems and headphones, chargers (from 40 GEL), car / computer / mobile accessories, humidifiers — 7 days
Not covered: mechanical damage (drops, impacts, cracks), liquid damage, unauthorised repair or opening, and normal wear such as gradual battery capacity loss.
